VYVO OS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VYVO OS (the "Service"), provided by VYVO Living General Trading L.L.C-FZ, a company registered at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("VYVO," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, in which case "you" refers to that organization.
VYVO OS is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your Shopify store, advertising platforms, analytics services, and automation tools to provide unified analytics, intelligence dashboards, and automated workflows. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at the tier you have selected.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@vyvo-os.com of any suspected unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to or that VYVO OS retrieves from third-party services on your authorization ("Customer Data"). You grant VYVO a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to authorize VYVO's access to any third-party services (Shopify store, Meta accounts, Google Analytics properties, etc.) you connect to the Service.

The Service, including all software, designs, branding, and documentation, is the property of VYVO Living General Trading L.L.C-FZ and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms during your active subscription. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated.
The Service integrates with third-party services (Shopify, Meta, Google, Stripe, Make.com, and others). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. VYVO is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Disconnections, API changes, or outages by third-party services may temporarily affect Service functionality.
Some features may be offered as beta or early-access. Such features are provided "as is" and may be modified, withdrawn, or contain bugs. Service-level commitments do not apply to beta features.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data analyses or automated actions will produce specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VYVO's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall VYVO be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYVO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your subscription at any time via Settings within the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other legitimate reasons, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your access ceases and we will delete your data per our retention policy described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations applicable in the IFZA free zone. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to account holders at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
